Careers Advisor - Workforce Planning and Resourcing
$37.68 - 41.65 p/h + Super + Salary Packaging
Hours per fortnight: 38 | Employment Status: Ongoing - Part time
We are seeking a motivated Careers Advisor to support staff in achieving their career goals within the health sector. You will provide personalised guidance and career planning, while also helping design and deliver essential training and assessment activities for staff covered by the Health and Allied Services, Managers and Administrative Workers Enterprise Agreement.
Responsibilities
- Guide and support staff to progress their careers in the health sector
- Provide personalised guidance and career planning
- Help design and deliver training and assessment activities for staff under the relevant Enterprise Agreement
- Work with staff to explore career pathways and coordinate work experience opportunities
- Build connections with education providers
- Represent Bendigo Health at career expos and events
- Collaborate with internal education teams and external training providers to align development programs with workforce needs
