We're looking for an outstanding internal communications manager to partner with the Internal Communications Lead and team, and business stakeholders and leaders to build and execute day-to-day communications for our Group Head, as well as supporting group-wide strategic communications and initiatives in Banking & Financial Services (BFS).
In this role, you'll also work collaboratively within our internal communications team and with change and culture engagement colleagues to manage our Banking and Financial Services-wide communications calendar and events, ensuring integration of all our communications and seamless experiences for our audiences. You'll be the SME for our BAU communication channels, working with our internal communications team and advising stakeholders and leaders to ensure the right information flows through our business in the right way.

Your key responsibilities will include:
- Executing day-to-day communications activities for our Group Head and supporting strategic communications programs and initiatives
- Partnering with stakeholders, including senior leaders to design and execute communications and content that are compelling, consistent and efficient, which support the Banking and Financial Services strategy, nurture our culture and contribute to exceptional employee experience.
- Working with the rest of the internal communications team to design and deliver our Banking and Financial Services-wide engagement events and rituals, as well as being the central point of contact for all event delivery.
- Managing our division-wide communications calendar, ensuring seamless integration of all our communications and outstanding experiences for our audiences
- Acting as SME for all BAU communication channels, advising stakeholders and leaders to ensure the right information flows in the right way.
- Maintaining our knowledge of trends in integrated communications and audience insights
This role will appeal to someone who has demonstrated:
- A proactive approach with a strong bias to delivery
- Outstanding writing and content development skills across all media, with great attention to detail and the ability to relay complex information in a simple, engaging way
- Strong track record in business partnerships and stakeholder management, including with senior leaders
- On-the-ground experience in using technology and internal social platforms (we use Slack) to deliver engaging, targeted communications for internal audiences
- Experience in planning and delivering business communications and events
- Good understanding of internal communication channels
- Good understanding of qualitative and quantitative data inputs and audience insights and their impact on comms planning
- Experience working within or delivering communications for a tech company or tech environment in any sector (desirable but not essential)
