This is an exciting opportunity to work in a rapidly growing manufacturing company located in Braeside.
We currently have a position for an experienced tradesperson to provide appropriate technical advice and remote support in the Technical Help Desk group (THD) for associated branded products to all customer types; including plumbers, gas fitters, installers, consumers etc. You will liaise with key internal stakeholders; including Engineering, Distribution, Service and Sales departments to provide timely product operation and service information, maintenance and diagnostic guides to our customers. You will also provide specialist technical help desk support for refrigeration products, and related ducted reverse cycle heating and cooling systems.
What's needed?
Trade qualifications in refrigerated air conditioning
Installation experience with HVAC systems and related equipment
Intermediate general computer skills and competency using the Microsoft Office suite
Confident, courteous telephone techniques
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent customer service focus
