Drive strategic asset reliability and performance improvements across nationally critical rail infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and review asset class strategies for new and existing rollingstock assets to ensure alignment with business objectives.
* Act as the key user and SME for the enterprise asset management system, Hexagon EAM, to maximize its potential in driving data-led decisions and real operational outcomes.
* Analyse failure data to identify areas for improvement in asset reliability and inform capital scoping initiatives.
* Lead the workflow improvement project within Hexagon EAM and champion system integration opportunities to enhance overall efficiency.
* Provide configuration governance to support project delivery and asset readiness, ensuring seamless handovers and successful outcomes.
* Mentor planners and maintenance staff on effective workflow and system use, empowering them to make informed decisions and drive results.
* Review and contribute to the maintenance work management standard across the business to ensure consistency and alignment with best practices.
