Safety Leaders - Delta FM
* Coach senior leaders in their safety behaviours and programs to drive safe operations.

We are currently seeking experienced Safety Leaders with a strong background in Facilities Management to support our Delta FM team. This role leads a team of safety professionals and is instrumental in shaping and sustaining our safety culture. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining a comprehensive safety management system that engages all levels of the business.
ESS provides multi-service capability to major companies and organisations operating in remote sites, gold mines, and coal fields. We provide vital workplace support for people working in some of the most isolated terrains in the world, from oil rigs in the North Sea to gold mines in the Australian outback.
The Position
* Assist in the investigation of incidents to drive a rigorous approach to root cause identification and close out of corrective actions, and ensure the incident management database is maintained.
* Initiate and administer safety improvement, education, and achievement/monitoring programs for workplaces within the regions.
* Support and maintain company certification to Australian and International standards in accordance with the external HSEQ audit program.
* Develop relationships with clients to demonstrate how the company's operations and programs effectively manage their risk and add commercial value to their operations and business strategy.
* Assist in tender preparations and presentations to customers, including development of Management Plans.
* Stay up to date with regulatory changes and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders.
* Analyse safety performance metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement. Provide regular reporting to the business.
* Assist with the selection, onboarding, and management of subcontracting companies and suppliers.
The Person
* Proven track record in leading and improving safe operations, including the demonstrated capability to influence senior leaders to implement HSEQ standards and procedures.
* Experience implementing and monitoring HSEQ programs in a multi-service environment.
* Degree/Diploma in a relevant field and/or Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety.
* Experience within a trades environment.
* Ability to manage relationships across the company and with stakeholders, including subcontractors, clients, and industry bodies.
* Qualifications in ICAM investigations and root cause analysis (preferred).
* Experience with Rapidgobal subcontractor management software (preferred).
