Your new role
As an Organisational Change Manager, you will play a key role in leading and executing change strategies to support the successful delivery of major digital and curriculum‑based projects.
You will be responsible for planning and delivering end‑to‑end change activities including:
* Partnering closely with project teams and stakeholders to drive engagement and readiness
* Conducting impact analyses and translating insights into targeted change interventions
* Developing communication and engagement plans tailored to diverse audiences
* Coordinating training needs, supporting development of materials, and ensuring adoption of new processes and technologies
* Overseeing delivery of key change artefacts such as impact assessments, change plans, FAQs, and readiness reports
* Supporting smooth transition and embedding of new ways of working across the organisation
This is a hands‑on role overseeing day‑to‑day change delivery while ensuring alignment with programme goals and timelines.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful, you will have:
* Minimum 2 years' experience in organisational change management within large or complex programs
* Experience supporting digital transformation and/or curriculum and assessment‑related initiatives
* Strong stakeholder engagement capability, including working confidently with senior leaders and cross‑functional teams
* Ability to translate program objectives, risks, and impacts into clear, actionable change strategies
* Experience developing communication, engagement and training plans that drive understanding and adoption
* Strong written skills and the ability to create high‑quality change artefacts
* Proficiency in digital collaboration tools (e.g., SharePoint, Intranet, M365)
* Experience working within higher education in the change space (highly desirable)
