Job Description:
We are seeking Support Workers to join our team, where you will play a vital role in offering essential care and support to children and young people who may be facing various challenges. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include assisting with personal care and daily living skills, planning and attending appointments and activities for social interaction and skill development, and completing daily case notes, admin tasks, and incident reports.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Current NSW Driver's Licence and willingness to drive
* Valid First Aid & CPR Certificate
* A paid Working with Children Check (WWCC)
* A National Disability Insurance Scheme Workers Check (NDISWC)
* Willingness to provide consent to be listed on the Residential Care Workers Register (RCWR)
* Availability to work across a 24/7 roster
