Hall & Prior Health & Aged Care Group is a family-owned aged care provider operating 41 residential aged care homes, with in-home and community care programs in WA and NSW. We are currently seeking a compassionate Enrolled Nurse to join our team at Rockingham Aged Care Home on a part-time basis. The shifts available are Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday; 07.00 - 15.00.
About the role
Reporting to the Director of Nursing, you will be responsible for providing high quality clinical care to our residents. You will have demonstrated experience in providing relationship-centred care that ensures the dignity and respect of all residents.
You will possess highly developed communication, assessment, and problem-solving skills, and a demonstrated ability to work effectively in an inter-disciplinary team and make meaningful connections with our residents and their families.
What you’ll bring
Before you can be considered for this role, we’ll need make sure you possess the following:
* AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse
* NDIS Worker Screening Check
* evidence of Influenza vaccination; and
* full working rights in Australia.
