About the role
* Trainee Construction Supervisor role in which you will accompany experienced supervisors whilst you learn about the ins and outs of being a good Construction Supervisor
* Manage the timely delivery of residential building projects
* Track and monitor revenue targets
* Uphold work health and safety duties on site
* Obtain and retain a strong trade base
* Perform safety and quality inspections regularly
* Effectively communicate with all key stakeholders both internally and external to the business
* Contribute to a strong team culture
About you
* The successful candidate must possess the following attributes
* Trade or scheduling/estimating background preferable but not mandatory
* Confident but humble in your own ability
* High attention to detail
* Able to work independently and problem solve
* Self-motivated and organised
* Working towards or with a Certificate IV in Building Construction desirable
* White/Blue Card
* C class license
