Wine Bar Restaurant Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Restaurant Supervisor to join our vibrant wine bar and restaurant. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who loves hospitality, has a strong knowledge of food and wine, and thrives in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.
About the Role
As Supervisor, you will support the management team in the day-to-day running of the venue, ensuring exceptional service standards, smooth operations, and a welcoming atmosphere for every guest.
Key Responsibilities
* Supervise front-of-house operations during service
* Lead, motivate, and support the team to deliver outstanding customer experiences
* Ensure high standards of service, presentation, and cleanliness at all times
* Assist with staff training, scheduling, and performance management
* Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally
* Support stock control, cash handling, and opening/closing procedures
* Maintain compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations
What We're Looking For
* Previous experience in a supervisory or senior FOH role (wine bar or restaurant preferred)
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* A genuine passion for hospitality, food, and wine
* Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail
* Ability to work evenings, weekends, and busy service periods
* Wine knowledge or WSET qualifications (desirable but not essential)
