Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Administrative Professional to oversee the daily administrative functions of our People and Culture department.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain accurate and efficient record-keeping using our Human Resources Information System.
* Collaborate with our payroll partner, ADP, to process payroll in Australia, Hong Kong, and Singapore.
* Ensure adherence to labor laws and regulations in Australia, Hong Kong, and Singapore.
* Develop and implement effective HR policies and procedures.
Requirements:
* Ideal 3-5 years of experience in HR and Payroll administration.
* Excellent oral and written communication skills.
* Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and organizational abilities.
