About the Role
The Broker Success Manager is a pivotal leadership position that plays a crucial role in driving growth and development within our state team.
As a key member of our team, you will be accountable for helping a defined portfolio of Loan Market brokers enhance their productivity, profitability, and sustainability.
* Conduct structured business planning sessions to drive uplift in settlement volumes, revenue, team development, and diversification.
* Deliver tailored coaching based on performance, goals, and stage of business maturity to motivate and hold brokers accountable.
* Facilitate peer-group training sessions to embed best practice and support execution of business plans.
* Track and support brokers' progress against SMART goals and key milestones.
This role requires strong business acumen, emotional intelligence, and a clear understanding of what drives high performance in broking businesses.
