Senior administration officer: compliance and quality assurance

About the Role

This role is pivotal in ensuring our organisation's compliance with quality, safeguarding, and regulatory requirements.

The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our Quality, Safety and Risk team, focusing on data management, collation, and reporting.

Responsibilities include:

* Providing day-to-day administration assistance to the QSR team, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, taking minutes, and tracking action items.
* Assisting in the preparation of reports, presentations, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
* Maintaining and organising records of audits, compliance documentation, and safeguarding reports in an efficient manner.
* Providing assistance with the development and maintenance of QSR client record management systems.
* Daily review of incidents to ensure timely intervention and resolution.
* Weekly and monthly monitoring of restrictive practices to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
* Collecting, analysing, and presenting data on quality and safeguarding activities, incidents, and compliance audits.
* Preparing and submitting reports to relevant authorities, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and regulatory compliance.
* Maintaining accurate records and registries related to QSR activities.
* Supporting the QSR manager in generating data-driven insights to inform quality improvement initiatives.
* Ensuring compliance with internal and external regulatory requirements through accurate record-keeping and reporting.
* Working closely with the QSR manager to monitor and update safeguarding reports, ensuring effective data management and follow-up actions.
* Coordinating and documenting quality audits, action plans, and safeguarding initiatives with the QSR team.
* Liaising with other departments to ensure data consistency and accuracy across the organisation.


About You

We are seeking a highly skilled administrator with exceptional organisational and time-management abilities, as well as strong communication skills.

You will need to possess a high level of attention to detail, particularly when preparing and reviewing reports. Additionally, you must be able to interact effectively with various stakeholders.

A current Ochre Card, Criminal History Check, NDIS Worker Screening Clearance, First Aid certificate, and NT Driver's Licence are mandatory qualifications.
