About the Plant Operator role
* Requires: Subdivision experience and proven machinery operation qualifications as the Plant Operator.
* Salary guide: $40.00 to $50.00 per hour.
* Location: Southern suburbs of Perth, Western Australia.
What the Plant Operator will do each day
* Operate a range of machinery including mini and large excavators, multi track loaders, and other heavy construction equipment.
* Execute daily earthworks operations and assist with project drainage as per site instructions.
* Interpret project drawings and direction from site supervisors to deliver efficient site progress.
* Ensure safe operation of plant machinery and maintain equipment in top working condition during the shift.
* Coordinate with labourers and other site personnel to meet project milestones reliably.
* Participate in consistent full-time rostered hours from early mornings through to late afternoons.
