Panna Artisan Baker/Pastry Chef Role
We are a small, friendly, family-owned bakery making the best artisan, gluten free bread.
We are seeking a casual full time baker or pastry chef with bread-making experience.

5 days per week Monday to Friday or Tuesday to Saturday 7am to 4pm.
Permanency offered to the right candidate after a probation period.
Must have:
Minimum 2 years experience in artisan bakery bread production.
End to end experience from maintaining and building a starter, mixing and shaping doughs, understanding of cold fermentation and identifying proved doughs, through to loading and unloading decks.
Current food safety certificate.
Ability to load and unload doughs and must be able to lift and carry heavy grain bags (up to 25kg)
Able to manage multiple bakes and timing of schedules. Multi-tasking skills are essential.
A passion for fermentation, stone milling and making real breads.
Ability to communicate clearly and work well both in a team and autonomously.
