About the Role
Join the Bairnsdale team as a Field Officer driving the baby leaf and vegetable supply plan. This role ensures raw materials remain available, competitive, and aligned with operational needs.
A Day in the Life
- Coordinate vegetable and baby leaf supply from growing regions to meet sales orders and dispatch schedules, optimising gross margins and customer satisfaction.
- Partner with suppliers to drive sustainability, competitiveness, and innovation across the produce portfolio.
- Collaborate with manufacturing facilities, business partners, and customers to exceed expectations.
- Review the supplier landscape and implement strategies to strengthen competitiveness and create value for grower partners.
Requirements
- Degree or equivalent, or relevant experience in produce supply chains, particularly baby leaf and vegetables.
- Strong commercial acumen and supplier engagement experience.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Passion for the produce industry and commitment to delivering results.
