We're hiring a part-time Operations Officer to help run our flagship GoodStore self storage facility. This is a hands-on, people facing role where variety is guaranteed and micromanagement is not.
What You'll Be Doing
In short: keeping the place running smoothly and customers happy.
That means:
* Answering calls, emails and helping customers in person
* Showing people through storage units
* Setting up accounts, taking payments, handling general enquiries
* Making friendly follow-up calls
* Keeping the site clean, tidy and presentable
* Light grounds and garden work
* General admin tasks
You'll mostly work on-site solo (supported remotely by our dedicated team), so this suits someone who's capable, trustworthy and likes getting on with things.

* You can juggle customer service, admin and light physical tasks with a smile
* You're organised, reliable and able to work independently
* You're comfortable around computers and digital systems
* You value punctuality and strong work ethic
Experience in retail, hospitality or customer service is a bonus, but if you're coachable, willing to learn and great with people, we'll help you grow.
