About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for an Office Co‐ordinator to join our Darwin office. This role plays a key part in creating a welcoming, well‐run office environment, combining front‐of‐house client service with day‐to‐day office operations and facilities support. Working closely with the Office Partner in Charge, Corporate Services and national teams, you will be the central point of contact in the Darwin office—ensuring everything runs smoothly for our people, clients and visitors.
Responsibilities
* Providing a professional front‐of‐house and client experience, including meeting and greeting visitors, refreshments, and coordinating meeting room setup and resets.
* Managing day‐to‐day office operations, ensuring the Darwin office is tidy, well‐presented, stocked and running smoothly.
* Coordinating onboarding, access and facilities, including security passes, contractor access, and liaising with Facilities, Technology and building management.
* Overseeing office services and events, including catering, stock control, deliveries and communicating office updates.
* Handling administration and budgets, including invoices, expenses, mail, couriers and supplier management.
* Supporting WHS, security and incident response, acting as the first point of contact for critical incidents.
Qualifications
* Minimum 2+ years' experience in corporate hospitality
* Build a strong, fun culture and experience
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
* Ability to work autonomously
* Strong attention to detail
* Strong organisation/time management skills
* Flexible, reliable with a 'can do' attitude and a proactive approach
