As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for handling various administrative tasks, including accounts payable duties and assisting in the preparation of end of month reports. This part-time role is critical in ensuring the efficient and accurate processing of invoices, payments to suppliers, and general administrative support to the business.
Role and Responsibilities
Accounts Payable Functions
* Entering approved creditor's invoices in the accounting system.
* Reviewing and reconciling supplier statements, following up outstanding invoices.
* Setting up supplier accounts per business policies.
* Processing payments, sending remittances, and updating payables.
General Functions
* Assist in End of month processes.
* Providing timely monthly reporting and analysis as directed.
About the Person
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
* Experience in accounts payable and business administration roles.
* Proficient in ERP MYOB Acumatica accounting system and Microsoft Office.
* Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
* Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a systems-oriented approach.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
