Senior Administrative Officer: Key Support Role
This is a permanent full-time position for 48 weeks of the year. We're seeking an organised, switched-on and tech savvy administrator to join our team and provide high quality secretarial, administrative and operational support.

We're looking for someone with experience in general office procedures including minute taking and email inbox management. You'll need to have an understanding of what's involved when working with senior leadership teams including appropriate levels of discretion, tact and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities:
* Managing all incoming correspondence including email inbox management.
* Preparing communications to staff, students and parents.
* Diary management and the scheduling of meetings and appointments.
* Event and function management including room bookings, invitations and technology.
* Assisting with school excursions including venue and student billing.
* Creating and managing online forms and student class lists.
* Assisting with interview processes for potential new teachers.
* Budget management and procurement e.g. textbooks and resources.
* Creating and editing documents for reporting showcasing your sound typing, document formatting, proofing and PowerPoint skills.
* Database and file management.
* Data analysis and graphical presentation.
* Educational research and project management assistance as required.
Requirements:
* Experience in general office procedures including minute taking and email inbox management.
* An understanding of what's involved when working with senior leadership teams including appropriate levels of discretion, tact and confidentiality.
* Ability to self-manage, show initiative and continually refine or learn new skills.
* Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines with high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Proven interpersonal skills and ability to work professionally with parents, students and staff.
* Experience with records management and the storing, organising and sharing of information.
* Advanced Microsoft Office skills and ability to use programs including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Canvas.
* Ability to create and modify online content as required.
* Experience in using databases and reporting systems.
* A firm commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
