Job Summary
Provides crucial financial support to the department by processing purchase orders, managing payments, compiling and organizing data, and offering administrative assistance.
Key Responsibilities
1. Compile and Organize Financial Data: Responsible for collecting, reviewing, and maintaining all financial information.
2. Prepare Reports and Summaries: Develop detailed reports and summaries for review by leadership, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
3. Process Financial Transactions: Accurately record and process financial transactions, adhering to established accounting standards and guidelines.
4. Maintain Financial Records: Ensure organized and up-to-date financial records, including invoices, receipts, and budget-related documentation.
5. Data Entry: Enter financial data accurately into relevant accounting software and systems.

Requirements
