Accounting Support Professional Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced accounting professional to manage financial tasks, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and statutory obligations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and can work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing and reconciliations
* Process payroll and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
* Maintain accurate financial records and support month-end reporting
* Handle BAS, GST, PAYG and other statutory obligations
* Liaise with suppliers, clients, and the internal team regarding financial matters
* Support general bookkeeping tasks and financial administration
About You:
* Proven experience in bookkeeping, accounting and strong organizational skills
* Skilled with Xero accounting software and proficient in Excel
* Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
* Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
