About the Role As our Leasing Consultant, you will be the face of our property management department, ensuring a seamless leasing experience for prospective tenants and providing vital support to our property management team.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct open-for-inspections and private viewings
* Process tenancy applications and carry out reference checks
* Prepare and manage leasing documentation and lease sign-ups
* Maintain advertising across major platforms and ensure all listings are current and accurate
* Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective tenants, landlords, and internal teams
* Provide regular updates to property managers regarding leasing activity and tenant feedback
* Assist with routine administration duties to support the wider property management team
* Represent the agency professionally at all times

* Current Real Estate Registration (mandatory)
* Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
* Ability to work autonomously while thriving in a team environment
* Excellent time management and attention to detail
