Key Responsibilities:
* Create and deliver a dynamic program of alumni activities and events that align with our strategic goals
* Build strong relationships with our alumni community and increase their involvement and support
* Organize reunions, networking events, and other initiatives to promote engagement
* Manage our alumni database and ensure accurate records
* Communicate effectively through various channels
* Collaborate with interstate and international groups to expand opportunities
* Work with volunteers and archivists to create meaningful event experiences
* Identify potential donors and partners to support fundraising initiatives
* Develop a long-term Alumni Engagement Strategy and monitor its impact
Requirements:
* Knowledge of alumni relations best practices and understanding of its link to fundraising
* Ability to work independently and thrive in a collaborative environment
* Strong written and verbal communication skills with keen attention to detail
* Excellent organizational and time management capabilities
* Outstanding interpersonal skills with ability to lead or support teams
* Proficient with Microsoft Office and experience with similar software
