* Coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements.
* Process purchase orders and receipt invoices.
* Support payroll accuracy in timesheet management.
Requirements
* Prior experience as a FIFO Site Administrator in mining projects is preferred.
* Excellent organisational and time-management skills are essential, along with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required, enabling collaboration with stakeholders at all levels.
* A high attention to detail and analytical skills are necessary, including identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies.
* Flexibility and adaptability are key aspects of this role.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and industry-specific software is required.
* A pre-employment medical and National Police Clearance may be required.
* A valid driver's licence is also required.
