We're currently seeking a Security Technician to join our growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who takes pride in their work, thrives in dynamic environments, and wants to be part of a company that truly values its people.
About the Role
* Plan the layout of ELV systems
* Read interpreting architectural and mechanical diagrams, drawings and specifications
* Install, Preventative Maintenance and repair of various communications, security, audio visual or nurse call systems.
* Conduct fault finding, testing, repair and maintenance work on ELV equipment
* Connection & programming ELV equipment and appliances
* Liaise with clients, subcontractors and internal team to meet required outcomes
* Complete technical and compliance documentation
* Attend product and technical training as required to keep up to date with industry trends
* Ordering of parts and materials when required
* Report on progress and completing project/ service & maintenance reports
* Provide quotations to clients as directed by management
* Away work, including overnight stays, is required.

Skills and Experience
Essential Skills required for this position are:
* Construction Industry White Card
* DCSI Working with Children clearance
* National Police Check
* LVR/CPR
* Current SA Drivers Licence
* Equipped with own Tool Kit
Other Skills Highly regarded but not Essential include:
* Hospital patient area electrical experience
* Open Comms registration
* EWP/Yellow Card
* Senior First Aid
* Working at Heights
