The Opportunity
We're seeking an experienced SAP Q2C Functional Analyst to join our SAP Technical Team. Reporting to the SAP Q2C Lead, you'll support BAU activities, implement new business requirements, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across SAP systems:
* Manufacturing S4 HANA
* Central Finance
* SAP ECC
This role involves working closely with stakeholders to deliver process improvements, resolve incidents, and support large-scale projects.
Key Responsibilities
* SAP SD & LE Configuration for new or enhanced processes, Troubleshoot issues through ABAP programs and debugging.
* Analyse and resolve BAU support incidents, including SAP process guidance, configuration changes, and ABAP development.
* Drive automation and process efficiency through Process Improvement and enhancements.
* Prepare documentation and deliver end-user training.
* Ensure system health and monitoring in your area of expertise.
* Support continuous improvement and project requirements, adhering to timelines.
* Communicate technical solutions clearly to stakeholders.
* Provide cross-functional support across the SAP Technical Team.
About You
* Extensive experience in SAP Q2C stream (10+ years) with strong architectural and project delivery skills.
* SAP accreditation and formal qualifications in related disciplines preferred.
* Strong change management and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organisational abilities.
* Ability to work independently and under pressure while supporting team members.
* Fluent in written and spoken English.
