Key Responsibilities:
* Identify decision-makers (CEOs, C-suite HR leads, founders)
* Conduct outbound outreach (LinkedIn, email, warm calling)
* Present our services using high-level scripts and frameworks
* Handle qualification conversations with professionalism
* Book meetings for senior leadership
* Closing consultancy deals, audits, recruitments, and training
* Work with our CRM specialist to manage leads and follow-up flows
Requirements:
We are looking for someone with:
* Strong closing skills and confidence speaking with senior executives
* Clear, polished communication
* A background in B2B sales, Recruitment, Consultancy, HR or talent services (preferred but not required)
* Ability to pitch premium services
* Professionalism, resilience, and independence
* Existing network (a bonus, not a requirement)
