Job Title: Facilities Operations Manager
We have an opportunity available for a Facilities Operations Manager to join our team in Barnawartha, VIC.

The successful candidate will oversee the Maintenance and Engineering functions and teams to ensure plant and equipment is maintained to optimal performance levels for safe and efficient manufacturing of quality packaging products.

In this role, we expect you will have:
* At least 5 years previous experience in maintenance planning/asset management.
* Trade qualifications in electrical or mechanical engineering or a degree in engineering.
* Experience in managing and leading teams towards successful reliability outcomes.
* Experience in staff performance management, including counselling and disciplinary processes.
* Advanced skills with computerised management software and other computer applications (Word, Excel).
* Well-developed communication and relationship management skills and ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
