Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and present detailed cost estimates to clients and stakeholders
* Manage the tender process from inception to award, ensuring timely and accurate submissions
* Collaborate effectively with clients and contractors to deliver projects on time and within budget
Requirements:
* At least 5 years of experience in quantity surveying or a related field
* Relevant bachelor's degree in a field such as construction management, civil engineering, or a related discipline
* Excellent negotiation and communication skills
