Job Overview
We seek a results-driven Analyst to join our Technical Customer Success team in Sydney. As a key member, you will train, advise & support software customers within the APAC region.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support leading developers, utilities and funds to integrate Aurora's software products into their decision-making processes
* Meet with clients in-person and virtually to support their usage of our software products, building relationships to help grow and retain our client base in APAC
* Guide customers as they use the Aurora software suite to conduct asset valuations and construct long-term power market scenarios to inform their market view
* Troubleshoot wide-ranging client requests and help clients interpret complex results, using your power markets knowledge and data analysis skills
* Onboard new accounts and develop deep knowledge about their use cases for our products, leveraging technical expertise across Aurora's software suite and relevant power markets knowledge
* Represent the client's voice internally, conveying feedback to the product teams in order to refine product roadmaps
* Actively contribute to knowledge building and expanding the capabilities of the team
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree, preferably in a STEM subject
* At least 1 year of professional exposure in an analytical, client-facing role with B2B experience
* Deep interest in the energy transition and SaaS products
* Self-starter with creative problem-solving approach and ability to rapidly assimilate new knowledge
* Passion for working with clients across the energy sector
* Excellent communication skills, able to communicate and collaborate with both technically and non-technically minded parties on a range of complex topics
* Able to analyse, interpret and derive insights from complex quantitative data and information
* Customer-first mindset with the confidence to pursue outcomes mutually beneficial to all stakeholders
