Live Electrical & Air Conditioning Pty Ltd as part of Live Services Group Pty Ltd is seeking a professional and motivated Full-Time Service Coordinator to join our growing team, based across our Gold Coast office.
Skills & Experience:
* Previous experience in a similar role is essential.
* Experience using SimPRO preferred (not mandatory).
* Strong ability to multi-task and prioritise workload effectively.
* Experience liaising with builders, subcontractors, and other trades.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* High level of attention to detail.
* Strong focus on ensuring completion of works.
* Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients and contractors.
About the Role:
* 8:00am – 4:00pm, Monday to Friday.
* Monitor and manage trade booking calendars.
* Monitor and order stock and materials as required.
* Schedule and coordinate all jobs, quotes, activities, and tasks.
* Assist Project Managers with day-to-day operational requirements.
* Effectively communicate with internal team, builders, trades, customers, and subcontractors.
* Respond to all enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
* Remain adaptable and flexible to accommodate emergency works when required.
Training will be provided where necessary.
