Regional Property Manager Job Summary
Fairstead seeks a seasoned Regional Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of communities in their assigned region. This individual will be responsible for implementing policies, procedures, and practices to enable each property to meet budgeted financial goals and achieve operational performance objectives.
* Manage real estate property management functions, including administrative and maintenance operations.
* Create and implement leasing and marketing plans, resident relations, budget preparation, and financial reporting.
* Prepare monthly variance analysis reports (Financial Overviews) for submission to senior leadership.
* Conduct monthly budget reviews to ensure sites are meeting NOI targets.
This role requires exceptional communication, customer service, and organizational skills, as well as the ability to diffuse difficult situations. Experience with YARDI, REAC, and MOR inspections is required. Bilingualism in English and Spanish is a plus.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you must possess:
* TWO years of experience as a Regional Property Manager.
* Proficiency in YARDI software.
* Knowledge of Affordable Housing and rent stabilization regulations.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities, produce results, and resolve problems.
* Excellent written and oral communication skills.
* Able to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
