We're excited to welcome an Administration Officer Inpatient Unit to our Medical Services team.
The Administration Officer provides a high level of confidential administrative support for the Sunshine Coast Hospital and Health Service. This position is a prime point of contact for internal communication daily and externally with various departments and agencies.

Key Responsibilities include:
Respond to general reception enquiries on the ward by answering all incoming telephone calls and ensuring accurate transfer of messages and information to support patients and staff.
As the primary contact on the ward, assist and direct visitors by accessing patient information and providing an effective and courteous front counter service.
Conduct patient interview to verify information and financial details to complete the Patient Election Form (PEF) process.
Effectively communicate with customers and demonstrate understanding, empathy, patience and a positive service focus.
Remuneration value up to $100 585 p.a, comprising salary rates $39.98 - $44.46 p.h, (part time, 60hrs p.f.), employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (AO3).
