About the role
Lead and enhance enterprise scheduling frameworks across Hydro's capital portfolio, driving consistency, governance, and high-performance delivery standards. Partner closely with Project Leaders and senior stakeholders to provide expert schedule assurance, strengthen capability, and embed best-practice methodologies. You'll deliver actionable portfolio-level insights on performance, risks, and critical path impacts, enabling better decision‐making, improved predictability and stronger project outcomes.
Salary Range
Salary range $140,877 – $163,308 plus super

* Assure quality and integrity of complex project schedules.
* Deliver portfolio insights on risks, trends and performance.
* Coach teams to uplift scheduling capability.
* Partner across functions to improve delivery outcomes.
* Drive continuous improvement in scheduling practices.
Qualifications
* Experience in project scheduling on complex projects.
* Expertise with scheduling tools and methodologies.
* Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
* Knowledge of project delivery frameworks (e.g. PMBOK).
* Relevant degree or equivalent experience in like industries.
