About the role


You will be the backbone of our office operations, supporting customer enquiries, managing documentation and certification processes, and ensuring our internal systems stay accurate and up to date. This is a fast-paced, process-driven role where attention to detail is non-negotiable.

You will work with daily and weekly workflows, supported by tools such as task lists, calendar scheduling, and office systems that are here to set you up for success.


Key responsibilities

* Managing customer enquiries with professionalism and care
* Preparing, reviewing, and maintaining formal documentation and certification records
* Coordinating schedules, reminders, and administrative workflows
* Maintaining accurate records across digital systems and files
* Supporting compliance requirements and internal processes
* Working closely with the team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations


About you


You are someone who:

* Is highly organised and naturally detail-oriented
* Has strong administrative and customer service experience
* Must be excellent at using Apple Mac operating system, spreadsheets and client CRM.
* Is confident using technology and enjoys learning systems and processes
* Communicates clearly and professionally with customers and colleagues
* Can manage multiple priorities without things slipping through the cracks
* Takes ownership of their work and works well both independently and as part of a small team
