About the role
We are seeking a friendly, professional and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team at SSAA General Insurance Brokers' office in Fullarton, South Australia. This is a part-time role (20 to 25 hours per week), offering flexible working hours to suit your needs.
What you'll be doing
* Greeting and welcoming clients and visitors in a warm and courteous manner
* Handling incoming phone calls, emails and correspondence in a prompt and efficient manner
* Maintaining a tidy and organised reception area
* Providing general administrative support, including filing, photocopying and data entry
* Supporting the broader team with any other duties as required
What we're looking for
* Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role, ideally within the insurance or finance industry
* A minimum of 6 months' customer service or receptionist experience is required
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with a diverse range of clients and colleagues
* Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work efficiently
* Proficient in using standard office software such as Microsoft Office
* Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook applications
* A friendly, professional and service-oriented approach
* A keen eye for detail and the ability to maintain accuracy in your work
