About the Role
Are you a proven manufacturing leader ready to drive operational excellence? As our Manufacturing Manager, you'll take ownership of production performance and lead strategic initiatives that enhance safety, quality, efficiency and cost-effectiveness. What your days look like
* Champion a culture of continuous improvement using lean principles to deliver safety, quality and efficiency targets
* Lead capacity planning and ensure resources align with production demand
* Drive process improvements and cost reduction initiatives across manufacturing areas
* Coach and develop Team Leaders to build a high-performing workforce
* Collaborate with site leadership to influence strategic decisions and operational outcomes.

The Ingredients for Success
* 5+ years' leadership experience in food manufacturing or similar industry.
* Strong leadership, coaching and team development skills.
* Expertise in production planning, safety and quality systems.
* Strategic thinker with advanced problem-solving and communication skills
* Tertiary qualifications preferred but not essential
