About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Advisor to join our growing team. Reporting directly to the Local HR Director, this role will support end-to-end HR operations across multiple Australian offices.
You will act as the first point of contact for employees on HR matters and provide support across recruitment, onboarding, employee lifecycle management, and HR administration.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with at least 1 year of HR experience who is looking to develop within a structured and fast-paced business environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesEmployee Services & HR Operations
* Act as the first point of contact for employee HR enquiries
* Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR documentation
* Support leave management, policy implementation, and compliance processes
* Ensure HR activities comply with Australian employment legislation (including Fair Work requirements)
Recruitment & Talent Support
* Draft and post job advertisements on SEEK, LinkedIn and other platforms
* Coordinate interviews and candidate communications
* Process recruitment documentation and internal approval workflows
* Prepare employment contracts and onboarding documentation
Onboarding & Offboarding
* Coordinate onboarding processes including system access and equipment setup
* Assist with payroll documentation (TFN declarations, superannuation forms, visa checks)
* Manage offboarding documentation and asset return processes
HR & Office Administration Support
* Support employee engagement initiatives and company cultural activities
* Assist with Townhall meetings, training sessions, and internal events
* Provide HR administrative support across multiple Australian offices
About You
* Minimum 1 year of HR experience (HR Administrator / HR Officer / similar)
* Bachelor's degree or above (HR, Business or related field preferred)
* Understanding of Australian employment practices
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese (written and spoken)
