Executive Pastry chef / production manager
We are seeking an experienced Pastry Chef to join our wholesale cake and brownie manufacturing team. This is a hands-on production role, focused on mixing large-volume batches and supporting daily production requirements.
About the role:
Prepare and mix high-volume pastry, cake, and brownie recipes to exact standards.
Work as part of a fast-paced wholesale production team.
Maintain consistency, quality, and food safety standards at all times.
Assist with general production tasks as required.
Ensure cleanliness and adherence to workplace health & safety guidelines.
Shift & Hours:
Monday to Friday role (no weekend shifts).
Hours may vary between 6:00 am and 10:00 pm depending on production requirements.
Overtime or flexible hours may be required during peak periods.
What we're looking for:
Previous experience as a pastry chef, baker, or in food manufacturing (large-volume mixing experience highly regarded).
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to work efficiently in a team and follow recipes accurately.
Physically fit – able to handle bulk ingredients and large mixers.
Reliability and a strong work ethic.
