About the Role
As a Client Relationship Manager at Allens, you will manage key energy sector client relationships and lead the development and implementation of strategies to strengthen and grow our relationships with key clients. This permanent, full‐time opportunity is located in Sydney, Melbourne or Perth, with a hybrid working structure typically 60% in office and 40% from home.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop a deep understanding of each client's business strategies, industries, people and key decision makers, and share this knowledge across the firm.
* Develop and implement engagement plans for key buyers and influencers across clients.
* Conduct regular client feedback to spot opportunities and ensure consistent excellence in service delivery.
* Coach partners, lawyers and practice executives on best‐practice client relationship management and their role in enhancing the client experience, strengthening relationships and growing work.
* Build strong relationships across the client's organisation to ensure that client needs are being met.
* Drive efficient and connected client teams: maintain routine and momentum to strengthen and grow client relationships.
Qualifications
* Proven experience as a dedicated client relationship manager, ideally within professional services.
* Demonstrated ability to manage multiple clients, build strong relationships and identify opportunities that drive revenue growth.
* A strategic mindset with confidence to challenge the status quo and propose innovative solutions.
* Exceptional communication, facilitation and project‐management skills to engage stakeholders effectively.
* Political awareness and sound judgment, with experience navigating complex stakeholder environments and influencing key decisions.
* A proactive approach to generating ideas and fostering an innovative culture that creates added value for clients.
* Strong collaboration skills, bringing people together to build momentum and deliver results.
* Energy, enthusiasm and professionalism, combined with a commitment to excellence and a positive attitude.
