The Role:
As an IT Resourcer within a leading recruitment team, you'll be responsible for identifying and sourcing IT talent for valued clients. With a strong focus on speed to market, you'll need to act fast when roles are released and ensure high-quality candidates are presented within reasonable timeframes.
* Recruitment : Source, screen, and place candidates for a range of IT roles across various sectors.
* Candidate Sourcing : Use LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, Seek, and Bullhorn to proactively find the best candidates, building a strong pipeline for immediate and future needs.
* Client Collaboration : While your primary contact will be the Account Manager, you will attend client briefings and meetings to ensure alignment on job requirements and expectations.
* Speed & Accuracy : Once a role is released, pick up the phone, communicate with candidates, and manage the entire recruitment process swiftly and effectively.
* Follow-up and Persistence : Stay organized and follow through with both candidates and internal teams to ensure successful placements, especially under tight timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
We're looking for a motivated and experienced IT Resourcer who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and work closely with our team to deliver results.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* At least 12 months of experience in IT recruitment or resourcing
* Understanding of IT recruitment and tech roles, with a willingness to learn more
* Experience using sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Seek, and Bullhorn (or other ATS platforms)
* Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with clients, candidates, and internal stakeholders effectively
* Organized and able to manage multiple roles at once while meeting deadlines
* Persistent and driven to find the right candidates, no matter how challenging the search
* A team player who thrives in a collaborative and fast-paced environment
