About the Role
The key objective of this position is to provide high-level confidential support services that align with organisational goals.
* Provide administrative support to staff, volunteers, and brigades
* Coordinate RFS medal and awards nominations, official functions, diary management, and secretariat duties as required
* Monitor compliance with policies and procedures
Key Requirements
* Government purchasing qualifications (level 1)
* Knowledge of or experience in human resource systems, finance systems, database management, and reporting
* Knowledge of or experience working with volunteers and/or within a volunteer organisation
