Role: Graphic Designer - Marketing & Communications
Contract: October - April
Rate: $77 p/h
Location: Hybrid - Sydney or Newcastle
Key Responsibilities:
- Design print and digital assets, including email marketing materials (HubSpot experience a plus)
- Support recent visual identity initiatives - update logos, placeholders, and templates in Word/PowerPoint
- Develop long-format publications (e.g., MSP reports) and other educational/public awareness materials for sandstone conservation programs
- Ensure contemporary, polished design execution aligned with brand guidelines
- Create and maintain templates across Word, PowerPoint, Canva, and CMS platforms like Templafy
- Execute digital assets for social and email platforms, understanding limitations and best practices
Key Skills & Experience:
- 8+ years in graphic design across print and digital
- Strong layout design, especially for long-format publications
- Contemporary design and trend awareness
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud Suite (InDesign, Photoshop) and Canva
- Experience with email marketing platforms, CMS tools, and brand/style guide execution
- Medium to advanced Word and PowerPoint skills, high digital literacy
