Technical Support Specialist - End-User Environment
We are seeking a highly skilled and self-motivated Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support services to our end-users.
Key Responsibilities:
* Providing first and second-level technical support via phone, email, and remote access.
* Resolving technical issues related to Microsoft tools, Azure AD, Intune, and other EUC technologies.
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues.
Requirements:
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft EUC technologies, including Windows 10, Office 365, and Azure AD.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
