Help small businesses thrive in eCommerce as a Small Business Account Manager. Following a highly successful Peak period, we have an exciting opportunity for a customer-focused professional in Perth to join our Business Account Management team at Australia Post. In this role, you'll support eCommerce clients across Western Australia, helping them grow with confidence. Based in our Perth office (minimum three days per week onsite) and working with customers via phone and Microsoft Teams, you'll become a trusted partner as they use Australia Post and StarTrack to reach their customers and build sustainable businesses. With access to a broad range of B2B, B2C and international freight solutions, you'll play a meaningful role in helping Australian eCommerce businesses connect their products with the people who need them.

You'll manage a portfolio of established eCommerce businesses, supporting them over the phone and via Microsoft Teams. You'll nurture strong relationships, spot opportunities early and contribute to our continued success in Perth and across WA. What you'll deliver with us
By creating thoughtful customer experiences and building trusted relationships, you'll help Australia Post and our customers succeed together. This role sits within our Small Business channel. While most interactions are phone-based, you'll also have opportunities to meet customers in person or connect via web conferencing.
You'll:
* Manage existing accounts, identifying ways to add value and grow services.
* Partner closely with business leaders to review performance and plan for growth.
* Analyse your portfolio to spot trends, risks and opportunities.
* Build long-term relationships through virtual and face-to-face meetings.
* Develop new business by tapping into strong momentum across the eCommerce sector.
* Use AI technology to improve sales processes, support customers more effectively and create future opportunities.
About you
You genuinely enjoy helping others succeed and build relationships that feel authentic and respectful. You may come from sales, customer service or account management, or from a role where listening, understanding and problem-solving have been central to your success.
