Role Summary This position plays a pivotal role in delivering compassionate, coordinated care within Nepean Hospital's Palliative Care service.
As a Clinical Nurse Specialist, you will ensure patients and their carers experience a seamless journey from hospital to home with dignity and support at every stage. You will bring advanced clinical expertise and autonomy to the provision of complex nursing care, working within a multidisciplinary team.
