About You
* Located in or near Woodville North.
* Prior experience within the (Manufacturing/Engineering) Industry is highly desirable.
* Experience using Microsoft Office and SAP would be an advantage.
* Ability to work from the Woodville North site full time – (Mon‐Fri 6am‐2pm or 7am to 3pm).

About The Role
As a Customer Service Operator – Forklift Driver you will report to the Trade Store Manager and be responsible for distribution activities through the daily operations of the Woodville North trade store.
Some Tasks As Part Of This Role Include
* Hand unloading plasterboard as an offsider.
* Dealing with customers face‐to‐face & over the phone.
* Picking & packing orders on a daily basis.
* Regularly checking & making up orders.
* Receipt goods & checking off paperwork while maintaining due diligence.
* Loading/unloading customer vehicles.
* Maintaining operational equipment and reporting any faults or damage to management.
* Recording and reporting any customer complaints to the Trade Store Manager regarding product and / or service via Knauf's complaint and customer procedures.
* Assisting with stock‐take / inventory counts process to ensure accurate inventory records are maintained.
* General warehouse duties & housekeeping.
