Home Entertainment Expert
We are seeking a passionate and highly motivated individual to join our team in Wollongong. As a member of our retail staff, you will have the opportunity to create, support, and contribute to a high-performance culture, ensuring that great customer experience is enabled across the store.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assisting customers with their queries and providing exceptional customer service standards.
* Contributing to the efficient delivery and processing of stock into store, following store receiving processes.
* Supporting the merchandising of all products on the sales floor, ensuring the JB Hi-Fi brand and store experience is showcased effectively.
* Helping across a number of areas within our stores from customer-facing to our back-of-house operations.

* You have a genuine passion for home entertainment, music, movies, technology, appliances, and/or games.
* Enthusiastic, passionate, and highly motivated with excellent communication skills.
* Able to communicate effectively with a diverse group of people, including customers and colleagues.
