* Greet and register owners and guests in a friendly and efficient manner
* Provide accurate and timely information on local area attractions and services
* Ensure all department-related paperwork is completed accurately and on time
* Utilize all communication equipment, including telephones, faxes, and computers

* Prior experience in a similar hotel or hospitality role

* Previous experience with property management systems (PMS) an asset
